I purchased the parts for my daughter and son-in-law's furnace. They had purchased a pad at a big box store, one size fits all, but over time it shrank and was no longer covering the opening which allowed unhumidified air to bypass the water pad. Probably most of the air was bypassing the evaporator. I found this site on line and ordered the correct pads and they slid right in place. Delivery was good and on time as expected. It is working fine.
