The new assembly was "a little" different from the one that came with the original unit (Nov 1990)....Great replacement part,sturdy not cheap...Just a short Manufacturers note that the replacement part MAY fit differently from the original would have been a help...On the new assembly , the entire assembly "floats" , not just the float arm .
