My neighbor was helping me with a leak in my furnace. IN the process he took apart the humidifier and found the filter. I have lived in my house ten years and I didn't even know my humidifier had a filter! I am not happy with my HVAC co. that comes annually to inspect my furnace. They never told me I needed a new filter. In ten years they never looked to see what was inside the humidifier? Anyway, the old one was disgusting. Tried to buy a new filter at Home Depot and Lowes and was discouraged to learn that I had to order it online. I assumed that would be difficult. Well, I am happy to report that it could not have been easier. I copied down the model # of my humidifier and hit the internet. I found you and it was easy. I found these parts were difficult to find locally in Ottawa ON Canada. When I ordered them online from you I made an error in that I selected 2 units and navigated away "from my cart". Later in the day I went back online and went through the process again, selecting 2 units and OKing the payment info, not realizing I had selected 2 pairs of humidifier pads and had paid twice the shipping charge for the same delivery. As for the delivery, I was notified by email every day about the status of the delivery and it was received here in perfect condition in a reasonable amount of time.
