The General 709R humidifier is a 120-volt whole house bypass style humidifier designed for residential and light commercial applications. It can be mounted on either the supply or return duct system and comes with a humidistat that can be duct or wall mounted. The unusual thihg about the 709R is that it has a recirculating pump assembly bolted to the bottom of the unit.
Maintenance
Annual maintenance on the General 709R humidifier consists of replacing the humidifier filter or pad and washing out the humidifier including the pump water basin.
